When there is the need to face a change in a company, every effort must be routed in only one direction and the competence and the experience of everyone has to contribute to the achievement of objectives.
Many ambitious projects, wonderful on paper, never gave good results because they never became common heritage of all, while others failed because of the complexity and the long term return of the deliverables.

The proposed methodology, founded on the expertise of real projects, is based on the concept of simplicity and on the experience of lean organization adapted to the european cultural context.
It is an intervention, limited in effort and time, that aims to introduce the concept of continuous improvement as a source of learning and almost immediate results. It is a way of learning by doing and innovating every day.

The laboratory is divided into four modules whose content allows to adapt to the single client’s needs. The modules must be executed in sequence, but you can have an iteration that deepens one or more themes. 
Every Lab is unique because it is designed from the topic you want to tackle, conceptual deepenings and operational tools are selected on the basis of the identified focus. Working groups and duration are customizable.
